I’ve gone from ops roles at Google and Credit Suisse to launching the first bioDAO (VitaDAO), scaling ops at Molecule and BIO, leading startegy and ops in PsyDAO, co-founding BeeARD: an AI-native engine for generating and validating scientific ideas at scale. Now I am building a startup called LUPA Labs, where we are automating scientific research process. I build from scratch: teams, systems, comms, product ops, whatever it takes. Based in Wrocław, with deep roots in Berlin and a global mindset. I care about doing work that really matters: agentic science, decentralized science, purpose-driven tech, and communities with soul.

Kuba Kwiecień is a highly skilled Technical Advisor and Co-founder at Tulle (NeoSwap), with over 7 years of experience in data science and blockchain development. Based in the Wroclaw Metropolitan Area, he has previously served as CTO at Tulle and Head of Artificial Intelligence at Aigora, where he led innovative projects and fostered team collaboration. Kuba holds a Master's degree in Theoretical Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Wroclaw. Currently employed at BeeARD as an Agent Swarmkeeper, he develops AI agent systems for scientific hypothesis generation and engages in personal projects like a telegram bot and an LLM-powered trading system.
